Viva con Agua – Joyful Activism for Water

In the early years of Viva con Agua, I supported the team with branding, marketing, organizational development, partnerships, and social business implementations — helping to establish initiatives like the Viva con Agua Water Company, Viva con Agua California, and Viva con Agua South Africa.

For the past 8 years, I have served as the spokesperson of the Supervisory Board, acting as a sparring partner for the leaders of the ecosystem and helping shape the evolution of this extraordinary network. Rooted in the universal languages of art, music, and sports, Viva con Agua inspires and activates people to engage with joy and play — creating impact that truly transforms lives.

DHL GoTeach & SOS Children’s Villages – Unlocking Potential Through Education

Since now more than 15 years, I’m deeply involved in DHL’s GoTeach program, a global initiative created to give young people from disadvantaged backgrounds the tools and opportunities to build a better future.

Partnering with SOS Children’s Villages and Teach For All, we designed mentoring and training programs that reached over 300,000 children in 70 countries. My role included strategic consulting, leadership coaching for DHL teams, and shaping partnerships that continue to empower the next generation. This work taught me that education is not only about knowledge — it’s about unlocking the potential and dignity within each young person

SEEDS & Hypha DAO – Building Global Regenerative Communities

With SEEDS and Hypha DAO, I contributed to shaping one of the most forward-thinking movements for regenerative finance and decentralized governance. My role focused on community building and education, where I co-created the Academy for Ambassadors, designed the concept for outreach, and supported the scaling of SEEDS into a global movement.

This work was about more than systems — it was about empowering people to become catalysts for change, creating a vibrant network of contributors and ambassadors who are aligned with a shared vision of a regenerative future.

War Child Deutschland – Supporting Children in Crisis

I co-created War Child Deutschland by developing the market analysis and business plan, becoming one of the co-founders during its first three years. My role covered brand building, marketing & communication, partnerships, activities, and program development to establish War Child as a trusted organization supporting children and families affected by armed conflict.

These early years were about building a foundation from scratch — crafting a powerful narrative, forming strategic alliances, and shaping programs that would help young people recover, heal, and find hope in some of the world’s most challenging environments.

Social Impact Lab Hamburg – Empowering Social Founders

At Social Impact Lab Hamburg, I led one of Germany’s most innovative hubs for social entrepreneurship. Over the years, I supported more than 40 social startups, helping founders refine their visions, develop sustainable business models, and scale their impact.

My role combined organizational development, strategic mentoring, and community building — creating an environment where social innovators could experiment, learn, and thrive. This experience strengthened my belief that lasting change is created when passionate founders are equipped with the right tools, networks, and mindset to bring their ideas to life.

Utopia.de – Mainstreaming Sustainability

As part of Utopia.de, I worked with the team to build Germany’s leading sustainability platform, a pioneer in connecting conscious consumers with responsible brands and everyday solutions.

Our goal was simple yet bold: make sustainability accessible, practical, and inspiring. By combining community-driven storytelling, partnerships, and digital strategy, Utopia.de became the go-to hub for millions of people seeking a better, greener lifestyle. The platform showed that true change happens when sustainability is not a niche topic — but a movement.
